Commit Message

Added 'type: ignore' comments to apply methods, because mypy doesn't
allow more than one method with the same name with singledispatchmethod.
Apparently this works with singledispatch, so maybe will be supported
soon.

Also mypy doesn't allow generic dataclasses to use type variable in
methods.... Maybe these two issues will be supported soon.
