Rewrote introduction section in projections doc, to give
overview of the range of different kinds of projections,
from 1) "naive" event subscription, 2) tracking records,
3) application process, 4) system of application processes,
and 5) scaling throughput with multiple notification logs
and respecting causal ordering between notifications in
different logs.
