Add annotation processor settings to goal idea

Testing Done:
CI running at:

This is a way to get AutoValue generated code into IntelliJ projects generated with goal idea.

Tested locally with:

```
./pants idea examples/src/java/org/pantsbuild/example/autovalue:: \
  --idea-annotation-processing-enabled \
  --idea-annotation-processor=com.google.auto.value.processor.AutoValueProcessor
```

Then ran 'Build' --> 'Rebuild Project' and made sure we could navigate to the generated source and run the example

Also ran the following command to make sure things still worked without annotation processing turned on (as well as they ever did, that is)

```
./pants idea examples/tests/java/org/pantsbuild/example/hello:: examples/src/java/org/pantsbuild/example/hello::
```
