docs/UserGuide: fix repoURL (#116)

The repoURL is linked to `/tree/master` of our github pages, although
this is still a valid github URL.

When we used it to reference `/releases`, will not be a valid page.

This might create confusion when our user read our user guide and
could not download our released `PWE.jar`

Let's update the `repoURL` to point to
`https://github.com/CS2113-AY1819S2-T09-1/main`
