Storage: merge `VersionedDegreePlannerList` into `VersionedAddressBook` (#75)

`VersionedDegreePlannerList` was created to reflect the changes made to 
`DegreePlannerList`.

However, using this model does not make much sense, as all changes made 
to the `AddressBook` (e.g. updating `ModuleList` or `DegreePlannerList`)
should be recorded as changes in `VersionedAddressBook`.

Let's merge `VersionedDegreePlannerList` into `VersionedAddressBook` to 
improve the application flow and architecture design of our application.
