Deprecate 'Repository' alias in favor of 'repo'.

Somehow the `Repository` type got aliased as init-caps unlike all other
objects involved in spelling 'provides', add a 'repo' and deprecate
'Repository'.

Testing Done:
I noticed this was wonky over here in pants 0.0.47:
