Whitelist the appropriate filter option name for zinc

Accidentally whitelisted the wrong option name: should be `-file-filter`:

    https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/blob/5992baa48/src/scala/org/pantsbuild/zinc/Settings.scala#L202

Testing Done:
no longer warns for a valid option
