Release version 0.23.0

This release should contain no breaking changes. Instead, it brings numerous
incremental improvements. Several entities have been added, mixins and fields
have been added to existing entities, bug work-arounds have been added, and bug
has been fixed. Changes in this release:

* Add several entity classes:

  * DiscoveryRule
  * Registry
  * Setting

* Update existing entity classes:

  * AbstractComputeResource: Add EntitySearchMixin.
  * AbstractDockerContainer: Add EntitySearchMixin. Mark `compute_resource` field as required.
