Release version 0.23.0

This release should contain no breaking changes. Instead, it brings numerous
incremental improvements. Several entities have been added, mixins and fields
have been added to existing entities, bug work-arounds have been added, and bug
has been fixed. Changes in this release:

* Add several entity classes:

  * DiscoveryRule
  * Registry
  * Setting

* Update existing entity classes:

  * AbstractComputeResource: Add EntitySearchMixin.
  * AbstractDockerContainer: Add EntitySearchMixin. Mark `compute_resource` field as required.
  * Architecture: Add EntitySearchMixin.
  * ComputeAttribute: Add EntityCreateMixin, EntityReadMixin.
  * ConfigTemplate: Add `location` field. Add EntitySearchMixin.
  * ContentView: Add `last_published` and `next_version` fields.
  * ContentViewFilterRule: Add EntitySearchMixin.
  * ContentViewVersion: Add `incremental_update` path and helper method.
  * DockerHubContainer: Add warning to docstring.
  * Domain: Add EntitySearchMixin.

  * Errata: Add EntityUpdateMixin Add EntityReadMixin and EntitySearchMixin. Add `content_view_version`, `repository` and `search` fields, and flesh out metadata.
  * ForemanTask: Add EntitySearchMixin and numerous fields. Add `bulk_resume` and `summary` paths, and add `summary` helper function.
  * HostGroup: Add EntitySearchMixin. Add `puppet_proxy`, `puppet_ca_proxy` and `content_source` fields.
  * Media: Add EntitySearchMixin.
  * OperatingSystem: Add EntityUpdateMixin. Add EntitySearchMixin and `config_template` field.
  * PartitionTable: Add EntitySearchMixin.
  * PuppetModule: Add EntitySearchMixin.
  * Repository: Add `content_count` field.
  * Report: Add `content_counts` field.
  * SmartProxy: Add EntitySearchMixin and EntityUpdateMixin. Add `location` and `organization` fields.
