Commit Message

Setup the node contrib for release.

This adds a simple exercise of the repl as a test.  Future releases
will instead run tests in contrib/node/examples::.

Testing Done:
Locally ran `./build-support/bin/release.sh -n` successfully.
Hand inspected the tarball for proper namespace packages (pants,
pants.contrib).
