Introduce Agent V1 NodeAttestor facade (#2279)

In addition to adding the V1 facade it:

- Adds v1 to the server catalog (v0 will be deprecated after all built-ins
  are migrated)
- Converts the join_token, k8s_sat, and k8s_psat plugins to v1.
- Removes the processing of the TrustDomain configurable from the
  since it has not been needed by agent-side NodeAttestors for quite
  some time.
- Updated plugin unit-tests to go through the facade layer.
