Refactor JvmDependencyAnalyzer into a task

- JvmDependencyAnalyzer no longer a helper to JvmCompileGlobalStrategy -- now a task, JvmDependencyCheck.
- JvmCompile now parses actual dependencies of targets and registers them as products, which JvmDependencyCheck consumes.
- Intended as the first step towards creating a JVM dependency scorer task.
