Commit Message

Added support for wire 2.0 arguments and beefed up tests

- Implemented support for --service_writer_opts
- Added support for passing along --service_factory and --service_factory_opts
- Refactored cmdline generation to make it easier to test
- Added some tests for cmdline generation
- Beefed up the temperature service example (and moved it)
- Added some extra checks
