Commit Message

Helpful error message when 'sources' is specified for jvm_binary.

This addresses: https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/issues/871

jvm_binary will now give a more human readible error message that
typical pants users can understand and act on.

Testing Done:
Added unit test to test_jvm_binary.py.
