[fix] Fixed regression in _radius_accounting_nas_stop

Fixed improper use of the django ORM get() manager method,
which raises error when multiple objects are returned.
By definition, RadiusAccounting objects are many and
the code must deal with the case in which multiple objects
are returned, selecting only the last open relevant session.
