Loading TIFF segmentation labels (#110)

* added option to load a 'free' directory of images into an xarray based off of filename prefixed

* expanded test function for load_imgs_from_dir to cover new functionality

* added tiff to xr_labels import/conversion function

* fixed usage of  in  test function

* corrected test function for load_imgs_from_dir and fixed xarray shape error for use_filename=True case

* added example usage of label tif loading to postprocessing notebook

* added directory validation function, moved new functionality to new function, renamed load_imgs_from_dir to load_imgs_from_tree and changed all references accordingly.

* reconfigured test functions, reworked path validation, and removed load_axis as an argument from img loading functions

* passes test locally but not on travis, added diagnostic print out on validate_paths function, and fixed old description in extract_single_cell_data

* restructured path validation to work more generally, and added test function to path validation

* fixed some pep8 mistakes, corrected missed notebook_test coverage, and added 'use docker scope' warning to preprocessing notebooks
