💄UI: Change default font-family from Merriweathersans to Inter (#76)

Closes #58.

* 💄UI: Change default font-family from Merriweathersans to Inter

- Remove Merriweathersans font files
- Add Inter variable font files
- Update `settings.styl` file to use new Inter font
- Add new custom properties to cover all font weights
- Add new custom property for base font size and update the existing 
base font size variables for consistency throughout different viewport 
sizes keeping the option of being overwritten.
- Update default body text font rendering on macOS to `antialiased` for 
sharper fonts.
- Update default body text font-weight to regular forimproved 
readability.

* 💄UI: Update font weights variables

- Remove previously introduced new font weight variables as per feedback
- Remove previously introduced `--uie-base-font-size` variable in favour 
of setting the original `--uie-base-font-size-*` variables to the same 
value by default, 16px
- Increase font size of navigation items
