💄 UI: Update default neutral colors and accent colors. (#75)

Closes #57. Closes #62. Closes #63. 

* 💄UI: Update default neutral colors and accent colors.

- neutral colors values changed to slightly different shades of gray
- neutral colors palette extended with the introduction of steps `30`, 
`40` and `60` for a more streamlined scale
- accent colors values changed to slightly different shades of blue
- accent colors palette extended with the introduction of `ultralight` 
and `ultradark` variants

* 💄UI: Update accents color palette and main default colors

- Update accents color palette to slightly darker shades than previously 
which also improves contrast ratio
- Update colors of various elements and components throughout the 
application

These changes should set the right direction in terms of color updates 
towards the proposed solution.

There will be more cosmetic updates to the navigation sidebar coming in 
a separate PR as part of issue #63, but its default colors set I think 
is pretty much achieved here.

- Update neutral color palette
- Update accents color palette
- Update topbar layout and style by moving the search box in the center 
and the theme toggle to the right
- Update navigation sidebar layout and style
- Add option for project logo
- Move project title from topbar into the navigation sidebar
- Move navigation item subnav trigger to the right
- Increase spacing between level 0 navigation items
- Update level 0 navigation items style
