* feat: Implement the fullurl for bundle entries

Implemented the fullUrl for bundle entries in case of batch/transaction
Two  modes are supported
1. uuid -> the entry would have the fullUrl in the following format urn:uuid:uuidv4
2. Absolute ->  the entry would have fullurl in the following format serviceUrl/resourcePath

Use the suggested approach of having datatype class and extending from sap ui model type instad of enum
