* chore(workflows): add explicit GITHUB_TOKEN permissions for least-priveledge

Scopes GITHUB_TOKEN to least-privilege per job in ci-pr.yml, ci.yml,
and reuse-compliance.yml to allow switching the repo default to
read-only workflow permissions.

* chore(tests): replace deprecated jQuery.sap APIs with UI5 module equivalents

jQuery.sap.require and jQuery.sap.syncStyleClass are not available in
OpenUI5 1.120. Migrate to sap.ui.require and the sap/ui/core/syncStyleClass
module respectively.

* chore(tests): fixes to tests
