Commit Message

Suffixes delegates name with Callback to follow GLib conventions.

This is the convention used by glib-2.0, libsoup-2.4 and other GLib-based
librairies used to identify their callbacks, so it's a good thing to enforce in
Valum.

Renames Loader, Matcher, Handler and Next to LoaderCallback, MatcherCallback,
HandlerCallback and NextCallback.

Adapts the documentation to fit these changes.

 - replace usages of the renamed delegates
 - removes a section about handlers executing in asynchronous context
