Excludes the request method when producing a METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED error.

The previous implementation would lookup the routes from the request methods
knowing that none of them matches the request. Instead, routes from the request
method are simply ignored.

It yields a significant performance improvement for producing the 'Accept'
header.

Adds a test to guarantee this behiaviour.
