Remove execution bit from fixtures/self/eh_frame permissions (#444)

Linux distributions usually dislike files with executable bit set which
aren't intended to be executed during normal use. The file gets
distributed to crates.io with the permissions. Because Linux
distributions package up the files including the permissions, the
linting tools like `lintian` produce a warning for this.
