Add env vars (#83)

* Fix some warnings

* Add environment variables support

- Add env_vars to extra_args, extra_command, import_variables, pre_hook and post_hook
- Move extra_arguments outside of terraform block (also keeping it inside to avoid breaking change)
- Support before_hook and after_hook as defined in upstream terragrunt (just alias to pre_hook and post_hook)
- Move variable substitution directly into the objects instead of handling it in a separated function
- Update documentation

* Fix documentation

* The actual command must be set earlier in the process

* Indent test code

* Change the name of global_vars for persisted_env_vars as suggested

* Remove dependency to AWS in assume role when no role is specified

* Add support of on_command on import_variables

* Add test function that remove unwanted environment variables

* Add integration test for environment variables definition

* Fix go sum

* Fix empty context in tests
