* Don&#39;t rely on the extension.json configuration since that is meant
  to be temporary. Use the main config everywhere.

* Don&#39;t set individual parsoid config properties since that is going
  to lead to clutter.

  Rely on a $wgParsoidSettings properties array.

* Add missing rtTestMode initialization in SiteConfig.php which is
  what got me into this rabbit hole.
