Linter: Fix object/array confusion accessing data-mw template properties

* Mocha tests for these are being ported over into unit tests.
* But, not sure how this escaped hybrid testing from a few months back.
* Got rid of a spurious check + added phan-suppress check for a phan
  false positive error report.
