Don't specify the jmake depfile if it doesn't exist

- Don't specify the depfile to jmake if it doesn't exist.

This is the second of the whack-a-mole fixes to achieve backwards compatibility for the last 2 months of changes. I will resume work on https://rbcommons.com/s/twitter/r/2009/ after this release.
