* Adds helper methods to reduce repetitive code inside test methods

* Utilize the perform_request helper method to remove redundant code in the test files

* Adds test for flight reservation functionality

* Adds a Flight Reservation class that will be used to create flight reservations.

* Adds a custom permission to only allow
 Admins or owners of a reservation to see and make edits to a Reservation.

* Adds API endpoints to allow users to make flight reservations and edit their reservations.
