* [BUG] Override type of myelin centroid label image from bool to int

* [BUG] Increment axon label integer by 1 to avoid labels with value of 0 (due to an if statement use-case, and also partly because it is already the background label too)

* [BUG] Increase label datasize from 8bit to 16 bit; for 8 bit, if there are more than 255 objects, it resets the counter to 0 which makes one axon fail

* Add morphometrics test using simulated axons
