Model/util: update `SampleDataUtil#getSampleModules()` (#45)

After morphing our application from an Address book to a Degree Planner,
we have yet to update the sample data provided on launching the
application.

This means that the old "person"-oriented sample data will be presented
to new users when they launch PlanWithEase, creating confusion amongst
these users.

Let's fix this by updating `SampleDataUtil#getSampleModules()` to remove
the old "person"-oriented sample data and include new "modules"-oriented
sample data.
