Upgrade some dependencies

 - Move to Guice 3, start using JSR-330 instead of Guice's custom annotations
 - Stop using Guice's internals for preconditions. We could use Guava's
    Preconditions, but for now I'd rather not.
 - We DO use Java 7's `requireNonNull` where appropriate.
 - Move to the latest 3.x Netty release. Notice I don't plan to move to
    Netty 4 right way, specially since Netty 5 is almost here...
