Use Monits' open source super pom

 - It's free to access, kept up to date, and we can always override
    what we don't like.
 - This also updates all the plugins we use, states the requirement for
    maven 3 (already needed for coveralls 3.x)
 - We also get for free nicely configured static code analysis using
    PMD, CPD, Findbugs & Checkstyle with nice coherent rules
    (we DO have lots of violations to fix though).
