Commit Message

Delete tournaments that the user used to own, but no longer does
`TournamentsController#refresh_all` deletes tournaments that are in the
database, but aren't in the list returned by `ApplicationHelper#get_tournament_list`.
This happens if the user's organization changes; we need to delete the tournaments
that belong to the previous organization.

This scheme of deleting records is the same as in `TournamentsController#refresh`,
which deletes teams and matches that used to exist, but were deleted from
the Challonge bracket.
