Commit Message

Use the "allow_blank: true" option in validators where possible
instead of a proc that tests `present?`.
I also added a presence validator for `User#api_key` so that the user will see
the "must not be blank" error if the API key is blank.  The format validator
also catches that invalid data, but its error message mentions the allowable
characters, which isn't totally clear when the problem is that the string is blank.
