Ndim runlength funcs (#139)

* Modified checks.py to work with non-standard calendars:

1) in assert_daily(var) : commented one check that uses pandas (cf-time non-supported)

2) in 'missing_any' (using cf-time seems as though we need to specify the freq value in the shift operation)

* Modified checks.py to work with non-standard calendars:

1) in assert_daily(var) : Inserted check for datetime64 data type before check that uses pandas (cf-time non-supported).

* Modified checks.py to work with non-standard calendars:

1) use isinstance instead of type

* Modified precip.py ... variable name (identifier) for wetdays to r{thresh}mm in order to make usable for indices such as r10mm etc

* N-dimensional versions of run_length functions

* refactoring run_length functions names.

* Removed numpy and pandas from requirements, incremented scipy

* Dropping Python3.4 support

* Added branch of bottleneck as a workaround to tox.ini (Temporary fix!)
