* Build a Terminus phar

* Add an UpdateClassLists script to keep the list of hooks, commands, modules and collections up-to-date.

* Fix namespaces of models and collections

* Add functional tests for the Temrinus phar and run them in CircleCI

* Add some comments to the functional tests

* Fix name of setUpBeforeClass method

* setUpBeforeClass must be static

* Fix --machine-token option for terminus auth:login

* Terminus helper function must be static to be called from static setup function

* We need static and non-static versions of the terminus helper

* Remove 'composer release' script
