Commit Message

Add support of IPv4/IPv6 DHCP.

Add support of IPv4 DHCP, IPv6 DHCP and Router Advertisement.

Will raise NoSupportDynamicIPv6OptionError exception if user are asking
IPv6 'dhcp: false' and 'autoconf: true'.

Integration test also included, in order to test DHCP in docker, use
veth to create new NICs: dhcpcli(dhcp client) and dhcpsrv(dhcp server).
