QC now scales images based on physical dimensions (previously based on voxels) (#2089)

* Set interpolation back to nn for the image

To avoid slight shift with the segmentation (which is nn-interpolated)

* sct_deepseg_sc: Forgot to remove debug code

* slice.py: Removed unused code

* reports/style.css: Updated maximum height size

This is done to make sure that, even with large number of slices, the width of the mosaic stay the same on the html report. Previously, if the number of slices was too high, the width was reduced, making QC checking confusing across contrasts.

* qc: Now added "dpi" as input parameter to qc_param

This enables to specify the size of the output QC image, which in the case of sct_label_vertebrae needs to be smaller than for other processes.

* sct_label_vertebrae: Forgot to remove debugging code
