Morphology Import Update (#53)

Resolves #47 and #52 

OSC_Sim:
-updated createImportedMorphology function to allow import of uncompressed morphologies from Ising_OPV v3.2 and v4.0
-updated createImportedMorphology function to do morphology file version checks and correctly handle attempts to import invalid morphology files

tests:
-removed test_morphology.txt
-added several new valid and invalid test morphology files that will be used in import tests
-added new test set MorphologyImportTests and added numerous tests of importing valid and invalid sample morphology files to check for correct behavior
