Testing improvements (#50)

Resolves #42 

General:
-cleanup/removal of unused testing files
-updated KMC_Lattice submodule to latest version which fixed bug when reinitializing a simulation with a different recalculation cutoff radius

tests:
-added electron ToF tests
-reduced number of tests for the exciton dynamics test to shorten the test time
-added triplet exciton lifetime dynamics test
-added triplet exciton diffusion test
-added several basic IQE tests for field, temperature, delocalization, and recombination rate dependence of the charge separation yield in a bilayer morphology
-added many new tests checking for how the OSC_Sim class handles initialization with invalid parameters
-added IQE testing for high illumination intensity to check whether higher order exciton-exciton and exciton-polaron annihilations and bimolecular recombination events increase as expected

OSC_Sim:
-updated checkParameters function to fix a few parameter check bugs
-updated Dynamics test command line output to print info when starting the first transient cycle
-updated executeExcitonHop and executePolaronHop functions to give more details about the event when there is an error
