Merge pull request #54 from ezorita/43-input-stream

This pull request introduces three new libraries:
- gstack defines a generic stack structure.
- seqread defines a structure for sequence reads, which stores the tag, seq and qscore.
- io library to handle i/o operations, like stream reading.

The main mapping routine has been updated to use iostream to read the query file and echo the input sequences in order to stdout.
