PR for generating FASTA sequence header with assemblage information (#1602)

* In getSequenceForFeatures, project feature JSON before sending it back to the client; move getSequenceForFeatures from SequenceService to RequestHandlingService

* Fix tests

* Add method to generate feature sequence FASTA header in the server

* Use the FASTA header provided by the server instead

* Move getSequenceForFeatures() method back to SequenceService

* Fix bug in FeatureProjectionService where the feature location JSON did not have the proper sequence information

* Make use of FeatureStringEnum in createJSONStringFromProjectionSequences()
