Support for the raw format (#4)

* Added missing dependencie to run "npm run build" on a fresh system

* Test for ECDSA raw export/import + Key format raw can be type public/secret

1) This adds a new test case for ECDSA raw export and raw import
2) Key of format raw can be type public or secret

Chapter 23 in WebCryptoAPI:
  ECDSA import
    format raw -> type public

Chapter 24 in WebCryptoAPI:
  ECDH import
    format raw -> type public

Chapter 31 in WebCryptoAPI:
  HKDF import/export
    format raw -> type secret

Chapter 32 in WebCryptoAPI:
  PBKDF import/expor
    format raw -> type secret

Thus, the test case is fixed, such it is conform with the WebCrypto specification

3) Allow type raw for EC export
