* fix(agent): let the text helper clear a field with an empty string

{"text":""} was rejected as a missing value, so a populated field could not be emptied. Null still means the goal never said what to type.

* fix(agent): delete the selection when the text helper clears a field

An empty string was typed with sendCharacter, which does not remove the text that was just selected.
