* fix(agent): index pointer rows the element table could not see

Suggestion lists built from plain divs and list items never became click targets, so the agent could only retype the field.

* fix(agent): keep a pointer row together and ignore a relative body

Cursor inherits, so text fragments inside a row became the click targets. A relative body also made every pointer div look like a suggestion layer.

* fix(agent): keep rows when the list itself uses a pointer cursor

A list styled with cursor pointer makes every row inherit it, so those rows were dropped along with the text inside them.
