fix!: correct typos in identifiers, messages, and docs (#1933)

Fix spelling mistakes across the repository in error messages, Godoc and
comments, documentation, Grafana dashboard titles in the monitoring
templates, and unexported identifiers and test names. The most visible
one is the state service wrapping RWSet and metadata errors as "filed
getting ..." instead of "failed getting ...". Comments that call Fabric
Smart Client nodes "FCS nodes" now say "FSC nodes".

Three misspelled files are renamed: the committer query service client
mock (query_service_client.go), the OTLP monitoring helper (otlp.go),
and the revoked-ICA MSP test fixture (intermediatecert.pem). The
Makefile declares list-integration-tests as .PHONY.

BREAKING CHANGE: three exported identifiers are renamed:
- x509.EdsaVerifier -> x509.EcdsaVerifier (platform/view/services/id/x509)
- rwsetutil.SetMerkelSummary -> rwsetutil.SetMerkleSummary
- iterators.PermutatableIterator -> iterators.PermutableIterator
Panurus does not reference any of them.
