Bench route shapes in separate tables in the version throughput benchmark

The version benchmark measured one API with one literal route. That is
the shape a router can answer from a table of literal paths without
running the route union, so a change like that moved the only number the
report had while leaving every route with a parameter where it was.

bench.rb now takes a scenario -- static, parameterized, many_static,
many_parameterized (the last of 200 routes) -- and names it in its RESULT
line. run.rb benches every shape per version and JIT mode, discards a
line naming a different shape, and writes one table per shape;
GRAPE_SCENARIOS narrows the set.
