refactor(frontend): switch KoboDropdown instances to Mantine Menu DEV-2461 (#7380)

### 📣 Summary

The sorting and options menus in the project list, per-project usage
table, data table and qualitative analysis now use Mantine Menu.

### 💭 Notes

Migrated components here:

- `sortableProjectColumnHeader.tsx` - Used in My Projects table and
Account Settings → Usage → Per Project Total table
- `viewSwitcher.tsx` - Used in My Projects to switch between Project
Views
- `columnsHideDropdown.tsx` — Used in Project → Data → Table for "hide
fields" feature
- `AnalysisHeader.tsx` — Used in Single Processing view → Analysis tab
for adding Qual Questions
- `koboDropdown.tsx` — marked `@deprecated`
- Migrated some deprecated common components to Mantine
- Deleted bunch of now unneeded styles

### 👀 Preview steps

All that UI should still work and look fine:

1. ℹ️ Have a project with a few submissions, including one with an audio
question; have a custom view defined
2. Go to Projects and click any column header, e.g. Name
3. Clicking anywhere in the header cell (not only on the label) opens
the menu, and dragging the handle on the cell's right edge still resizes
the column
4. Click the list title ("My projects") to open the view switcher
5. The options still navigate, and a long custom view name still gets
cut off with an ellipsis instead of stretching the header
6. Go to Account Settings → Usage → Per Project Total and click the
Project or Status header
7. Go to Project → Data → Table and click "hide fields"
8. Toggle a couple of fields and click Apply (then try Reset)
9. "Open" the processing view for a question, go to the Analysis tab and
click "Add question"
