feat(similar-posts): reach-centred nearby matches, dedup, own-post flip

Make the "More like this nearby" strip reliably show nearby, repliable matches:

- Centre the candidate search on the viewer's location (else the post's) with a
  geographic box, and over-fetch a fixed 200 candidates before the reach filter,
  so reachable-but-lower-scored matches survive when the top-scored nearby posts
  are all out of reach.
- Server-side dedup of rippled/reposted copies (same author + subject);
  client-side collapse of AI/placeholder look-alikes (same item name), leaving
  real-photo duplicates alone.
- Show 1 up to max (6) rather than gating on 3 matches.
- Viewing your own post flips the type: your Wanted surfaces Offers and your
  Offer surfaces Wanteds; other viewers see same type.
- Holdout excludes moderators and uses a random draw rather than id % N (biased
  under Galera id striding), recorded so the server can compare arms; the stats
  cohort is updated to match.
- New overlay SimilarPostCard (photo fills the card, details overlaid like the
  post header); scrollable sidebar list.
