[#271] Trim the write-enforcement diff

Complexity-only pass; no behaviour change.

- acting_user picked the first non-None of two context keys across six
  lines. A user object is always truthy, so `or` says the same thing in
  one expression.

- The scoped related field's fail-closed branch folds into the return.
  The comment stays: returning nothing when no context was passed is a
  deliberate choice, not an oversight.

- Two entity lookups in the upload validators were wrapped across three
  lines each while fitting in one.

- Dropped test_created_rows_are_visible_to_their_creator. It restates
  test_entity_create_is_stamped: once the row carries the tenant,
  visibility is read filtering, which #270 already covers. It was the
  only test phrased in the terms the original bug was reported in,
  which is worth something — but not a second assertion of the same
  fact, and an equivalent test was cut from the import suite on the
  same reasoning.
